Welcome to Aurya Collection! We take pride in delivering your favourite jewellery pieces safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy below for details on processing, shipping, and delivery.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Customized or pre-order items may take 7–10 additional days to dispatch.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners such as BlueDart, Delhivery, Shiprocket and India Post.



3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.


4. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

  • Unexpected courier or weather issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Peak festive or sale seasons

In such cases, we’ll keep you informed and work with the courier to resolve the issue quickly.


5. International Shipping

At present, Aurya Collection ships only within India. We are working towards expanding to international locations soon.


6. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at auryacollection@gmail.com . Once the order is shipped, address changes are not possible.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery at auryacollection@gmail.com.

  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging/product to help us assist you faster.

We’ll either replace the product or issue store credit depending on the situation.
